Abstarct: Autobiography as a way of narrative has become paramount in the teacher education field and it is considered as an effective teaching material in EFL context. The current study is a research to find what EFL students’ Autobiographical Writings (AWs) reveal about the effect of using them as an educational tool in the EFL classrooms and the research is done to find out correspondence between the development of writing skills and the self-reflection and exxpressions of self in writing autobiography by EFL learners.
